A-Z of Remedies for ME/CFS

17 Jan

My GP has likened curing ME/CFS to a large jigsaw puzzle. There is no one magic pill. Instead it takes a plethora of different things that eventually fit together to solve the overall puzzle, well that’s the hope anyway.

Here’s an A-Z list of all the remedies, treatments and strategies I have tried in the last two years in the hope of fixing my bizarro body and curing, or at least improving, my ME/CFS symptoms. Some have worked, some have not. Some are a bit weird,  some extremely strange. Some are just wonderful that I wouldn’t be without and others I wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole!

Words in bold show the main treatment and remedy paths that I use, with a lot of the other items fitting under one of these headings, and the more s the better I have found the remedy.
